This eyeliner is waterproof, smudge-proof, cry-proof/ fuckboy&fuckgirl proof, and SEX PROOF! (Yes we tested it..FOR SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES🤣)

HOW TO USE:

With lashes: shake pen and apply to lash band, then apply a line on your eyes (save the wing for last!) pop lashes on and press down to make sure your lash is secure, draw your wing after the lashes are on💗

Without Lashes: shake pen and draw your desired line/wing to your eye then wait for liner to DRY COMPLETELY -  because this liner is also a lash glue it will be sticky and tacky until it’s completelydried down but as soon as it is, it will not move 💗
